If you think a nuclear weapon goes off in Iran and we aren't immediately involved you're just naive as hell and don't know what you're talking about.
When nukes get fired, everyone goes to the edge immediately, freaks out, and somebody somewhere is going to be so paranoid, they'll fire what they've got because they'll believe they're going to lose them in a first strike that may already be inbound. That would be Pakistan as India starts getting scared they'll do exactly what they will very likely do.
Use it or lose it.
Nuclear dominoes is way too dangerous to entertain as an option.

I think telling Israel that they would have to face the consequences themselves rather than getting blanket approval from the U.S. would be enough to make them take a significantly less stupid approach, but I could be wrong.
As for India and Pakistan, they’re always looking for an excuse to kill each other. Not our problem.

You tell them we're not doing it and they won't have a choice but to use nuclear weapons. They'll probably try to confine it to tactical nukes and they have those as well as everything else up to neutron bombs and who knows what at this point. Iran will retaliate hard and Israel can't stop it. So they will get hit bigtime hard for a week or so. Big stuff. They can't send an army over to secure anything. It's just chaos then. Whole world goes up in flame.
Yes, they positioned themselves so this was the reality of it. Yes they did that on purpose as well as the foreign blackmail campaigns across the globe. They left no stone unturned in never stepping back into an oven. If you're paw paw had barely survived that you'd have a different worldview as well. So it's hard to blame them for the extreme they went to. But it has to be rolled back. Or else. It's time for the world to be more transparent. Black ops will never truly go away but the CIA is the main problem in keeping that at such a high and uncontrollable level. It's not necessary now. Never was.

If you think there's a universe where Iran gets a nuclear weapon without Israel insuring that won't happen, you're retarded.
Here's the hierarchy of how this goes down according to their best interest.
1. The US does it for them.
2. They try to get the Ayatollah by themselves and hope it's enough while suffering hundreds to thousands of large missiles hitting their cities and population.
3. They nuke Iran first and avoid 2 entirely since 2 will end at 3 anyway.
You will notice the only one of those that doesn't end with mushroom clouds and chaos is the US takes out the unpopular Islamist leadership and then just pounds anything that sticks it's head up.
