Not policy, but the Dems and Obama will be fine with (and promote) those rumors. Everyone blames Biden for Obama and crew's shitty policies. Then when he's switched out all of the pissed off Dem voters come rushing back home to support the new candidate.. no matter who it is. Even Kamala.

Reagan was on the same shite in his 2nd term. Nancy was calling shots and she mostly cared about optics. DC snakes took advantage and gave Bush a ton of power, other cabinet members resigned.
