Nobody is doing that. Try to keep up.
People in Minnesota are doing that. Liberals support stuff like that.

So what? Doesn't change anything. If the dude didn't bring a weapon to a protest and put himself between Federal Agents from doing their jobs. He would still be alive. They can arrest the Border Patrol officer when they arrest the guy who shot Ashley Babbit in the head on J6 and she had NO weapons on her person.

That's wonderful and all, but some of us are trying to understand how this situation unfolded and the circumstances that involved in his death. Arguing whether or not he should have been there is an argument for another thread

The worst thing is why would he bring an extra magazine unless he planned on using his weapon. I’m an old Marine and have carried for 40 years and I never carry an extra mag with me but I do have a few in my truck. That alone tells me he’s was looking for trouble and found it. He’s the epitome of FAFO !!

Has it been determined yet if the first shot heard was from the Pretti's gun that was getting removed vs one of the other agent's gun?

Sig P320s have a documented history of accidental discharge without a trigger pull.

This would be the absolute worst timing in this history of 320 discharges, but it is possible.
Another civil suit against the manufacturer.

In Florida it’s your right to not wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle.
If your head pops like a grape when you wreck your motorcycle while not wearing a helmet I will feel the exact same way I feel about this dead moron.

This is why I don’t trust anything but Glocks.
I'd just stick with a Browning Hi-Power.

Not just documented history, but consistent ability to accidentally discharge. It's not like it takes a special set of unlikely circumstances, but it goes off in pretty ordinary handling. Anyone who owns a P320 has themselves to blame that they didn't get rid of it. It takes very little to set them off, which is an unbelievable safety/design oversight.
Honestly, it makes sense a limp wristed leftist would go for a discounted P320 nobody wants. He's made a series of bad decisions in his life that led him to be where he was.
