re: Seems like many here are Anti-Ukraine. Can someone educate me?

Increasingly Americans are seeing a side of Zelenskyy and his administration that troubles them. Me included.
Like.....
1) the piano playing penis sketch. Honestly, I've NEVER seen the leader of a country do anything close to that. Let alone in a mixed-gender gathering. NEVER!
2) the gay dance routine with the stilettos. Including Zelenskyy patting his fellow dancer on the derrière. I cringed on that one. NOT a good face.
3) Images of tranny selfies (loaded for bear), in vehicles, headed for Ukraine.
4) Plus the USA involvement in dumping the previous administration in 2014 and installing Zelenskyy and pals. Then the alleged money laundering escapades of Creepy Joe Biden and the whole alleged Hunter Biden - Burisma debacle. That whole debacle stinks.
Okay, I'll say it. IMO the perception (real or imagined) is that Zelenskyy is attracting some awful people. Like an assorted bunch of gays, trannies, neo-Nazi leaning thugs, and just plain crooks.
Having said all that, my heart aches for the Ukrainian people, especially the elderly and children. Awful. Thousands of these people are trapped. Pawns.
Elections have consequences.

You are confusing the issue. It isn’t that people feel bad about the innocent Ukrainian and Russian people.
What we find distasteful are:
1) the NATO expansion to include Ukraine was predicted to cause this issue.
2) plenty of disinformation is being used on both sides and our media is just parroting the party line to drum up support for a questionable cause.
3) our politicians, Pelosi, Kerry, Romney, Biden etc….have a conflict of interest
4) we just disengaged from 2 protracted conflicts and the exit from one directly lead to this.
That is just a few reasons why I personally can not get behind this escalation.

The post you are quoting is referring to a poster wanting Putin to win so he can fulfill Qs prophecies. Putin is opposed to US interests. Ukraine desperately wants to be part of the west.
Nothing to do with whether the US should intervene.
