You don't even know where I stand on the position of Florida's law on banning K-3 classroom instruction about sexual orientation or gender identity.
Three threads and 60 fricking pages of gaslighting later, and you would think an honest poster would have revealed her position on the subject at hand...

Mo Jeaux is pretty much the only one who has actually addressed the point by admitting to being a flat out fascist.
I mean, yesterday a moderate Republican simply posted concerns regarding the perception of DeSantis being less than conservative with passing the law. It was a valid concern. Yet all the ideologues had to jump down his throat because it threatened their sense of what's politically acceptable when a large, influential business takes a liberal stance on a controversial law. Principles of small government be damned.
And yet so many so-called conservatives wonder why they're not getting any traction in the marketplace of political ideas. Maybe it's because, while they talk about less government intrusion out of one side of their mouths, they espouse things like the War on Drugs, the Patriot Act, and other draconian government measures out of the other - when it suits their social concerns.
That treatment HailHailMichigan got yesterday really exposed you people for the intolerant big government fricks you really are.

Fallacy of appealing to extremes is your first issue. Your second issue is you are confusing making government smaller with making government bigger.

It’s odd we never see you doing that with left-wing ideologues.
Perhaps that has something to do with how you’re viewed?

You are missing the point. The point isn't what taxpayers are or are not going to absorb. The point is to not allow your state to be ruined by liberal policies and woke idiots. It's to not allow yourself to be held hostage by woke/insane corporations and to make the state a state that the current taxpayers want to live in. Florida holds a lot more cards than most if not all states and can afford to fight back against these idiots. Are you suggesting that citizens of a state allow a corrupt, pedophiliac, insane corporation dictate policy in an entire state so they can save a few hundred dollars per household a year in property taxes? That's the bullshite thinking that has helped get this country to this point.
