The biggest curse is being too stupid to recognize how stupid you really are.

What prosecutor/jury said Babbitt's shooting was justified? Again, the cop who shot Rayshard Brooks has never been found guilty of anything, and even recently reinstated to his job, but we know his name. Stop excusing your side from police shootings.

The DOJ determined not to prosecute.

And I haven’t made any comment on the revealing of the name. I’m with you about that part being a double standard.

. Had that door gone down, a flood of people would have come through putting the lives of the members of congress in danger.

Try shooting someone outside your closed door and then say “if they came in I might be in danger” and see how quickly you are found guilty of murder.

All of my comments have been about this laughably justified shooting of a person trying to overrun the Capitol and placing members of Congress in danger while participating in a violent mob attempting to stop the peaceful transition of power

Farcical.

They’re lawyers. If there’s one thing they’re good at, it’s lying

Imagine actually thinking she breached the Capitol building as a protected right. This dude is too far gone to be saved.

Mrs. Babbit is dead is because she refused to obey the lawful commands of police officers to leave the scene and still insisted committing a crime with more to come.

Same with George Floyd. See how that works?

sorry about your MAGA George Floyd, bud. But she’d be alive today if she just would have listened to the police. Just like St. George.

If a huge mob was trying to break into my house and broke a window and began climbing through, I would be justified in shooting them.

We will never know because we’re arguing a hypothetical.

For some reason, law enforcement lets antifa act with almost impunity.

Had some antifa queer actually caught a round, you’d probably hear less complaining.

The only “rioter” ever shot by law enforcement during the riots in 2020 (2021) was Ashley Babbitt.

You don’t have the same ownership of it as you do your private property. Seems pretty self-explanatory to most adults, but I understand why that’s difficult for you.

Not at all. I said somewhat relevant. But I do think it’s interesting the law recognizes barriers as offering certain protections to shooters.

It wasn’t a huge mob. It was one unarmed lady. You’d shoot an unarmed lady? fricking pussy.

I didn’t say anything about revealing his identity other than I think all should be kept confidential while the investigation is done.

And I don't disagree with you in principle. However, that's not how it works now. Should I, and others who may share the same general opinion as you, unilaterally give up? We've tried that and it doesn't change anything. Until things change ti treat everyone the same then I say we need to know this cop's name.

That's my only argument. In a vacuum I'm fine without revealing this cop's name because I don't disagree on it being a justified shot. However that's not the world that we live in so I don't want to unilaterally disarm.

She was a part of a huge mob trying to get through the door. If that happens at my home, the first person to start coming into the house gets shot.

And you’d be in jail for murder because you’d be a murderer.
