Maybe. We’ve been in the same or similar legal practice areas and I’m skeptical that a Plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer isn’t biased against Trump and Republicans. You know who you need off your juries.

Tay Tay endorsed Phil Bredesen for US Senate in 2018 and he lost by 11 points.

You really haven’t if you think Trump and federal officials dictate state-level tort policy and “reform”.

You need to find a new angle of attack because that ain’t it.

You’re too educated to condone the guy and the party who argued election certification bottlenecks at the whim of the sitting VP and current candidate for office. And then did everything to subvert an election to get it there.

I don’t think they dictate reform. However, I’ve been around plenty of plaintiff’s bar propaganda. They refer to trump voters as “trumpers” and scheme up ways to get them off of their juries. You know the average middle class joe six pack is the enemy of your bullshite soft tissue cases.

Answer this - is there anything in 2024 that’s going better than march 2020? Why not?

That guy is going to exist whether Donald Trump is president or not. You and I are going to make a fine living whether Donald Trump is president or not.

You’ve yet to address Trump’s post-2020 election actions and why you think they were ok and still make him an acceptable candidate to you.

I don’t think giving stump speeches in 2020 or tweeting “stop the steal” has anything to do with this election. Power was ceded in 2021.

What do you think of the state of the nation? Do you think we’re on the right track?

What did he do that has you tied up in knots? Why does that make the state of the nation irrelevant? Did you cry on January 6? Be specific

How many Taylor Swift fans do you think are voting for the US Senate vs the presidency? I would bet a very small percentage of Taylor Swift fans even know who Phil Bredesen is.

My favorite part of this is how much it is triggering conservatives despite everyone already knowing this information, or at least not being surprised by it.
