Alcohol is far worse on society and it's not close. Simply look at weed overdoses vs alcohol and weed related deaths vs alcohol related deaths and the numbers aren't even in the same conversation.
I totally agree. I've gone through periods of high drinking, especially when I was in the Army and after right after I retired from the military.
Now I only drink very, very rarely and only just a glass or two of wine. I do however smoke weed every day.
It's just after 8:30 am and im drinking coffee on my front porch and just lit up a bowl of sativa. And im going to be productive as heck today. Skip planing about 200 linear feet of rough sawn cherry. Then sorting them based on quartersawn, plain sawn and rift sawn. Some boards will be a combination, so I will rip them on my bandsaw to produce two boards of consistent grain.
Then I plan on doing a few panel glue ups.
Then I'll probably work on a few of my hand planes. Im telling you there is nothing better than hand planing hardwood lumber.
I'll be stoned day, still productive and loving every single minute of it.

Weird “I’m an alcoholic” flex. He said he barely drinks, so of course a half of a fifth of whiskey would frick him up.

Please don't something about the people who smell like shitty weed!

Republicans always figure out a way to fck up a good thing.

Wisconsin doesn't have legal recreational cannabis... but the delta products are fully legal and there are two dispensaries a block from the state capitol. They even sell 50 mg and 100 mg edibles along with flower and pre-rolls. And you can get 50 mg drinks in liquor stores here.

Can't Wheels veto this again?

shite like this is so stupid and a ridiculously unnecessary political mistake

I have edibles mailed to my home in Mississippi. Honestly cannot believe they are legal, kick my arse.

Well, I took two. About an hour later I was walking around like a zombie I couldn't feel my limbs. Took me about 5 hours to to come down.
Yep
I was given some for sleep. It was an oil with a dropper. I took a while dropper full.
I slept pretty good. Had some wierd dreams. Woke up around 6 am Saturday morning and was still high. Really high. Like I had trouble walking, my heart was racing, I had really dry mouth, I was speaking real slowly, I had trouble driving and I had a long drive that day. It was miserable.
I napped later that day and woke around 4 pm and was STILL feeling the effects.
This was over the counter stuff…

WTF man. He clearly quoted the poster he replied to and changed out weed for alcohol to make his point. He even kept it word for word aside from the alcohol, so he wasn’t saying it actually happened to him.

Yeah my son got arrested going back to school over that shite at a roadblock. He cut through Mississippi to go back to Alabama. I couldn’t believe it was illegal in Mississippi. He just had a damn vape in his car.

A roadblock, for what?

It’s gonna be up to wheels again to see if he’ll dunk on Dan Patrick again. I hope he does.

You’re thinking delta9 which is sold at gas stations and small shops.
No, I'm pretty sure you're thinking delta 8. Delta 9 is just regular THC.

I’m honestly surprised by how flexible Oklahoma is with THC. It’s basically almost a free-for-all, similar to alcohol. The majority of cops don’t even seem to care about it. You’d think Texas would be more progressive than Oklahoma, but that hasn’t been the case. We were one of the last states to allow the sale of full-strength beer (above 3.2%) in gas stations, and the LAST to legalize tattoo parlors.

It’s just the lesbian gym coach looking douche bag Dan Patrick. There’s a reason the governor vetoed it. It’s pretty unpopular. They don’t have the nuts to put it to a state vote because they’d lose.
