Where did the obviously fake/weird video come from. From an official channel, or just some random source?
Internet randos are putting out all kinds of stuff all the time, and if that's what this is, then it's just a distraction.
If it's an official source, then yes it's fake and super weird.
It could also be some kind of psyop where intel puts it out and when people react to it, they can discredit people who reacted to it as being conspiracy theorists who were fooled by a hoax perpetrated by some rando pretending to be an official source, when it is actually intel pretending to be some rando - a similar idea to putting out fake stories about Ray Epps to deflect/discredit the true stories about Ray Epps as described in Revolver BEWARE: Disinfo Campaign Launched to Discredit Key Questions Concerning Ray Epps and January 6th
