I'm sorry you think he is a racist.
But it wasn't "a few months ago" it was February 2nd. I agreed with that measure, but I wondered why he stopped there. THAT'S when he should've activated the CDC to develop and distribute test kits to try to gather as much data as he could before addressing the people on the subject at his "press conference" 4 weeks later.
I'm sorry you can't see it due to your TDS, but he's coming off as a complete gidrool by not having hard data and information to disseminate to the public. Everything he says in the absence of data sounds like, "There are no American tanks in Baghdad."
That's why the press is able to sensationalize the topic, there is no real information. Data assuages fear while bloviating sells papers.

Did he create the virus? The Russian government built and mishandled every aspect of proper procedure for Chernobyl.
I would love the clowns who keep saying he has mishandled the virus to give me the steps he hasn't taken.
How about show me a country who has somehow stopped the virus in its tracks.
If China couldn't stop it with total control over the population, then how can any government do anything other than increase some cash to help the sick as they come in. Was $8 billion not enough.

Yeah, they don't have to have the POTUS call them up and tell them to get moving... that is why they are fully funded and are supposed to be moving and making recommendations and other things...
