Will need to defer to SFP, but doesn't the judges actions open up every case she has ruled on to appeal for possible prejudice?

On what basis? That’s she’s too soft on criminal defendants? I seriously doubt this judge was handing down harsh sentences for criminals.

Yeah, that judge is fricked. This is what happens when you give women power. They act on their emotions and abuse it every single time

Cliffs on the charges and potential sentences?
On April 24, 2025, FBI Special Agent Lindsay Schloemer filed an affidavit supporting a criminal complaint against Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan for obstructing a federal proceeding ( 18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees) and concealing an individual to prevent arrest ( 18 U.S. Code § 1071 - Concealing person from arrest). The case involves Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal from Mexico who is charged with domestic battery and was targeted for arrest by ICE on April 18, 2025, at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. ICE agents planned to arrest Flores-Ruiz after his hearing in Dugan’s courtroom, but Dugan (informed of ICE’s presence) angrily confronted agents, demanded a judicial warrant, and ordered them to the Chief Judge’s office. She then escorted Flores-Ruiz through a non-public “jury door,” bypassing the agents. Flores-Ruiz fled but was arrested after a foot chase. The affidavit, based on witness accounts and agent reports, alleges Dugan knowingly obstructed ICE’s lawful arrest and aided Flores-Ruiz’s escape attempt, violating federal law.
The now-former-judge faces up to 5 years in prison and fines for Obstruction and up to 5 years for Concealing A Person, totaling a maximum of 10 years if consecutive. If the judge of her case gives her concurrent sentencing though, that could limit it to 5 years. Fines up to $250,000 per count are possible but will depend on the judge.

Sorry: there are charges for obstruction. I’m sure the penalty won’t be terrible but removal from her position would be a victory here.
unfortunately there needs to be more than removal from her position. The Liberals take care of one another. She will be hired in a better position in no time. Needs to be harsh. The people that are supposed to be protecting justice are the ones committing crimes. The ends always justify the means, until there starts to be swift punishment. All the bs by Libs of being soft on crime....this country would be so much better adopting some of the middle eastern tactics for crime prevention. They HAVE to start making examples out of these brain-washed, mentally ill nut jobs.

This time, it's not an example of a due process violation. He was given due process back in the day and came back illegally thereafter.
This will make the Dems choice of hill to die on even worse
I read the same that the defendant had been legally deported in the past after having his “due process” and then came back into the country illegally. He will be fast tracked for deportation.

This would be Federal right? If so, that's 85% of most likely 5 years. That is plenty to send a message.

Give her the max: 10 years, and half a million.
Make a fricking statement.

Yup. No asylum claim. No order prohibiting removal (generally or to a specific location). Nada

Liberals should be forced to house and feed all illegals. Any crimes they commit on them can’t be reported.

They will. I’m hearing Bondi will not only give a scathing tongue lashing in her press conference, but she will also write a strongly worded letter

Save your tired snark for a day when someone who deserves to get arrested hasn't been.

A criminal complaint IS a charge. You can't have one without charges.
