All those platitudes being said, there still exists the real world process of getting him through to the position. The obstructionist sisters have already committed to not voting for him, Markwayne Mullen is going on the networks badmouthing him. There's 50 right there and he'll likely lose more.
So he'll need a recess appointment. All of y'all were screaming 2 says ago that Thune was going to be an obstructionist to the Trump agenda. To get Gaetz through, were going to need him to be an ally on a controversial pick who pissed off the establishment. Yall think he's going to do it?

If he doesn’t - he will be taken out in one way or another - Trump is in charge period. we put him in to torch dc including the GOP. They need to be destroyed as much as the dnc.

Well no. I've got no impact on this process. I just exist in the real world where Republicans never vote in overwhelming lockstop like Democrats. Gaetz has to get from nominee to United States attorney General. Answer the question as to how he's going to get there? I don't think John Thune is the friend of MAGA that's going to do it.
