Nope. Matter of fact, just this week I emailed both my senators to urge them not to support Thune as he'll be an obstructionist to the agenda. And I can't wait to vote Bill Cassidy the frick out of office in 2026.
But again, I exist in the real world where we never have a united Republican front on crucial votes. You can bang your keyboard calling me every name under the sun blaming me for it, but all I've done is call it as I see it. Gaetz is going to have a very difficult path to the position ans frankly I don't think he'll get though. I'd like to see what Gaetz does as AG. But realistically, I don't think he gets there. I think our own side is going to tank that nomination.

It's an odd choice I agree and I am a big Gaetz fan.
It;s a big frick you pick by Trump who knows all the baggage Gaetz carries. This ethics case has been going on for awhile. Trump had to anticipate the blowback or had people telling him this. He must be willing to go the mats for it.
