Maybe in principle...

But 12X times moreso than the next highest president? All down straight party lines? Over 460 cases? Not even YOU believe this.

Trump said himself that he did not have the authority to deploy the national guard during the 2020 riots without the request of the governor.

Now he is trying to do just that in opposition to the governors.

And every person on this board crucified Kathleen Blanco after Katrina regarding her not requesting the National Guard from Bush and citing that he couldn't have legally sent them in for assistance.

Now everyone pretends that none of that happened and defends Trump at all costs.

I'm starting to think that some of you can tell what brand a window is by the taste.

you are naval gazing. you gave one example, out of HUNDREDS, without actually approaching an honest answer to the broader question of a judicial coup. Its ok to be honest. This is an anonymous forum, so you dont have to worry about your party card getting yanked.

The list of injuntions given in the OP validate the reality that no potus is infallable. I dont think any serious person denies this. So what point do you think you are making? One valid legal challenge justifies the other 460? Or that Trump's prior loud noises on twitter set a binding legal framework for everything he may endeavor to do in the future?

Is that your argument? Do you even know?

Could you modify that pic such that Trump has the Order of the Golden Fleece hanging from his neck? Thanks.

This is disgusting and an insult to freedom-loving people the world over.

We are being held hostage by Leftist Radical Activist Judges.

When the Radical Left decided to conquer the USA, the first institution they took was the Education system. The second institution they took was the Judicial Branch.

460 cases involving how to improve the direction setting of the fed govt legal system.

the alternative is to do nothing but accept a complaint, or ask congress to clarify the issue and improve the requirement, or do a constitutional amendment, or ask the Wash. beurocrates to change there opinion. None of that helps cause it cannot be done.

Through litigation Trump is actively writing the code of conduct in many areas. Thats good!!!!! Even when he loses a case, at least the terms of engagement are established for the next time.

Until a more workable plan is developed, litigation is he only plan

Rather than spoon feed you - dumb arse can you possibly fathom the difference between them and now?

Isn't it odd that since 1987, Republican appointed judges have held had a majority over Democrat appointed judges?
