Everyone is entitled to their opinion on this. I think getting the shot is wise, but I 100% agree that it should NOT be mandated.

Terminated last Friday because of this from a Fortune 50 Logistics Company. Top rep in country. Walked away from ~$15k in year end bonus.

Mine hasn’t, nor can I foresee a situation where they would. At least not right now. In any case, I believe I’ve made my position clear to them, and I also believe they understand and sympathize with it.

Somehow, it just seems like a small price to pay to finally take some meaningful action against the hypocrisy, corruption, and contempt for our Constitution and its foundational principles that have absolutely poisoned the country we love.
I have a decent job in my own right, and we’re both sleeping quite well at night. Better than we have in a long time, in fact.

I also got a direct email from my boss to let them know if we plan to not get vaccinated so they could plan to replace us. We are in Florida - and the company I work for is on Desantis's list of companies that are forcing vaccines that he is planning to fine 5k per head if they force a vaccine but the company clearly doesn't give a shite. They are going to fire you. No doubt about it. My company circulated an email to fire anyone that refused to report their fking vaccine STATUS to all of the leadership - not to the regular employees. That requires you sending them a picture of your vaccine card.
Here is how the email was phrased - If the employee refused to report their vaccine status by October 15th 2020 we will consider that their letter of resignation.

Found out Monday that my company was mandating vaccines (govt contractor). There are provisions for religious exemptions and a physician's advice.
I plan to pursue the religious exemption. Jesus is my Lord and Savior since I was 10 yrs old.
I've had the virus and work 100% remotely - no physical interface with anyone in my company. Makes no sense.
One would think that there would also be an exemption for someone who has had a family die from the vaccine.
