Treason is mentioned in the article. whoever gave sourcing for the article could have dirtied up the actual commission by using the word treason.
To: sensationalize it, as all are presumed innocent until proven guilty. presuming treason right out the gate destroys this process.
The article I posted a link to says some are leaking this from within DC to curry favor in a Trump cabinet position or make it look nutty using treason.
Matt Flynn is a part of the commission and is separate of Trump. They are meeting to decide what/if any charges from the UCMJ.
The article also says an IG report blames Trump and Biden because they ordered the withdrawal. This shows how deep the Pentagon is at pointing fingers away from them within the swamp.
Remember the Pentagon claims they warned Biden against this and he ordered them. If this were remotely true, the Pentagon would have full throated called Biden out. Milley and Austin do what they want is the bottom line.
Using the charge of treason before JAG reviews in a commission: to go to a court-martial, dirties this case. It appears the MSM did this on purpose with DC insider sources.

If the top brass want to pin it all on Trump/Biden for the overall withdrawal order.
It does not relieve them of the slap happy way they left an air base and trillions of rare minerals, equipment military aircraft, to China mining the minerals now.
It does not relieve them of the droning-dead of an entire innocent family while 13 military died. It does not relieve them of years of intel befriending the Taliban then skirt chasing out.
They advise POTUS full stop, not command POTUS. So if Biden signed off exactly on the idiocy, they are the advisor to POTUS. Should Biden be blamed for trusting them?

I hate to agree with Owlie but this dude is a bit of a fig for posting this rage bait.
Trump Administration did not say anything about charging generals with treason over the Afghanistan withdrawal.
NBC is the one who made that claim.
