It seems that the admin is scrambling. This lockdown and the Israel issue are breaking them.

Can I buy a new F-350 dually with the King Ranch package on this new 50 year mortgage? Is there a zero down option?

Thought we were trying to get rid of debt slavery.

The government should create conditions/environment to encourage home ownership in a much more reasonable fashion. Not saying to give people money. Just give incentive.

They’d be better served incentivizing builders to build sub $400k($300k?) homes with partially subsidized interest rates. Allows people to build equity that could eventually be used to purchase larger homes.

We should make it 150 years to ensure everyone can “own” a home.

It’s crazy that all these people advising the president graduated from Ivy League schools. This is the dumbest policy ever.

Can’t wait to get that 20 year truck loan for my F250 Raptor Denali Eddie Bauer edition. Only $700/month.

That's the dumbest idea he's had since Greenland & Canada, rare that many stay in a home long enough to pay a 30 yr mortgage!!....go ahead and price it out an additional 20 yrs to make it affordable??,

All it will do is drive up prices and create more debt.

Like tariffs.

You give the Ivy League way too much credit. Two of my worst employees had degrees from Princeton/Harvard and Cornell/Penn.
