Right now Trump is like Jim Ross back in the day on WWE, headset on, trying to announce a match. And Netanyahu is in his ear, yelling like Vince McMahon, screaming "Sell that fricking thing!! Convince them you sonofabitch!! They don't believe you. Pal, if you don't sell that fricking thing it'll be the last time time you're on the mic. Do it! Do it you sonofabitch!"

No one knows if there’s client names or not, or if there is if it’s enough to bring charges.
But what I don’t understand or agree with is how the administration is handling this.
Dangles the carrot for months, does interview after interview talking about the release. Then it says there’s no there there and that’s it, and since then Trump has been dressing down anyone who brings it up like they’re conspiracy theorists.
Either release the files or drop it entirely. Either way people are going to care or not care accordingly.

All of this is exactly what I have a problem with. "Release the files!" became "what files?"
The freaking files you jerks have been talking about for years. Can we get those files? I don't even care what they show at this point. I just want the BS to stop from the administration.

i'd wager my first born child that there is no "list", and not only that, that Trump and all of the people in his orbit and campaign knew there was no list either... but they knew that if they screamed about it, that it would rally support, and sure enough, you know what... it did...
but now, going back on that, and saying to just "let it go" , it's proving that he basically lied to his base/supporters b/c he knew they'd be stupid enough to believe this bullshite... and, well... as you can see by the exasperation from that side, FINALLY realizing that they were conned by a con man, goes to show he was right

Part of the con is keeping the mark cool, so you've got to come up with a story that allows that allows them to save face. Enter the creation of the CT and evidence by Biden to get Trump.

simply put, there was no "smoking gun" of names, dates, etc, but that didn't stop them from outright lying to gin up the masses to increase turnout...
Trump is a fricking master of manipulation, from his years in TV... he knows what will "sell" to people, so he did that... problem is, now people are calling his bluff, his own supporters, and he has no cards to play other than what he's doing now, distraction and obfuscation... it's just that some of his supporters are starting to see his house of cards and are starting to question whether they were lied to, while feeling betrayed about being lied to, at the same time
