Here's a tip. After this many years of watching Trump you must realize that about 50% of his stated ideas have a motive to achieve something that you are not aware of until later on. So, relax.

Yep.
Jumbo, ARMs, bridge loans, HELOCs, Non Com loans.
There are already a ton of risky loans out there. Who cares if someone wants a 50 year mortgage.

A 50 year loan is not designed for a family to spend 50 years in that house. It is designed to make house payments lower and to allow those who are paying rent to instead build equity in a house. Sure they are paying more in interest but they are putting money to work instead of just sliding it to someone else. And then in ten years they sell a house at appreciated value. Rinse and repeat.
