It doesn't matter if it is or not. The original indictments named no one who conspired with Epstein. That likely means no evidence of any other conspirators was presented to the grand jury. This will outline what they used to indict him and nothing more, only the evidence presented to the jury for these charges.
It is narrow, doesn't deal with any "list", and won't amount to much......certainly not enough to shut people up.

So you think a federal indictment can allege conspiracy in just a simple word and not describe the details of what constitutes and completes the conspiracy? I’m not so sure you know what you’re talking about. That MAY fly in state courts, but even then wouldn’t fly at trial for a conviction.

I'd doubt there's a "list" that will amount to anything unless there is supporting evidence in the form of audio/pics/videos. Without that, no one can prove anything other than that someone associated with Epstein, which many people did and we know of most of them.
