Holy shite! Trump said someone would get booed at a UFC event.....

Guess it's time to close up shop, boys. It's been a fun ride.

Maybe Rogan shouldn't complain about communism and then claim that "RFK Jr. is the only candidate who makes sense." If you're going to be a hypocrite and support a candidate with no real chance, who could lead us into full-blown communism, it's better to just stay out of politics. Then the dumbass plays the “I’m a comedian don’t listen to me” card when he knows damn well he’s more famous as a podcaster than he’s ever been as a comedian.

Trump should have made the following reply:

quote:

Thank you Joe Rogan for saying my reaction to my assassination attempt was “one of the most American fricking things of all time” (His words not mine). However Joe I think after such a divisive moment in our nation’s history, that we need to bring the country together.

I would like to personally invite you to Mar A Lago to do a one on one podcast with you for three hours to make my case to both you and the American people on why I have earned your vote. If you can’t find it in your schedule to make it to Mar A Lago, then I will make time in the following weeks to fly out to Austin to be interviewed in your studio.

Additionally I think the world’s largest podcast should also interview Kamala Harris and RFK Jr. Now while I’m sure Bobby will come on your podcast again, I highly doubt that Crackling Kamala has the courage or intellect to do so. Same with her running mate Commie Tim (although JD tells me that he personally is a fan and would also be honored to be a guest on your podcast).

Finally I will take up your offer from 2020 that I accepted at the time for you to host a Presidential Debate and hope you will make it again. Have me (Your Favorite President), Kamala, and RFK in studio and talk out our policies civilly and calmly, although Kamala has no policies save for an open border.

Thank you, Joe, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Joe would probably take him up on that, and it would be the most listened podcast episode of all time. Instead he does this dumb bullshite.

Bro.

It's 2024, and you know that's not how Trump rolls. People just need to suck it up and deal with it. We have to ride with Trump because there is no other train to get on. It's a rocky, rough ride, but we have no other choice and no one is changing the way Trump operates.

Give him credit, he has made quite a life out of doing things his way. I would love to see some sort.of Trum 2.0 that was more humble and a bit more "Reaganesque" in certain ways with his rhetoric, being more charming and such. But that's not his style and he ain't changing.

think it's undeserving of a thread. The only reason I'm in here was to post a link explaining what malignant narcissism is because the RW media entertainment complex sure as shite doesn't talk about it. If anyone actually read the short article, they'd then understand why Trump does this dumb shite ALL THE TIME. Psychology Today

Ehh Biden didn’t step aside on his own accord. That bastard wanted to run again because those people are generally narcissists.

Kind of like, politicians lie or sell you on something they know they won’t deliver. This phenomenon didn’t happen with Trump and people like you literally suck off the same politicians that have screwed you for decades.

Democrat cutouts are suing to deny RFK, Jr. ballot access. If that effort is successful almost no Kennedy supporters will vote democrat and Trump wins in a landslide. Hell, I hate Trump but he has my vote if I can't vote Kennedy.

I'm not sure if Trump is doing this intentionally, but in a way, he is trying to herd the right together and act in uniform, in order to create a challenge to the left who does act cohesive and in lockstep all the time. It sucks for independent thinker types, but in this current political climate everyone needs to find a side. No room for fence sitters.

frick all this. I can value the opinions and actions of people that aren’t on a hardcore team. Rogan has done a great deal for free speech in this country with his massive platform and I applaud him for it.

This statement by trump is ridiculous.

Exactly. Rogan circle jerk is insane to me. He moves from California to Texas and votes the same. Not only that but he goes the spineless route to pick the lib policies of a candidate with no chance so he doesn’t make waves.

Member that time he had the Twitter folks on his show and didn't question them on their bias to so much uproar that he had to ask them back on with Tim Poole to actually ask them hard questions?

It's not cope.

You have to realize that the way of Washington is through lobbyist if you don't have exceptional populous support (like Matt Gaetz, MTG, and maybe a few others). McCain was voting "no" no matter if Trump and McCain were arch enemies or BFFs.

This argument only works if you ignore all the successful GOPE policies that were "anti-Uniparty" (or whatever malleable MAGA label you want to apply to the perceived enemy) that were implemented while Trump was President. Lower taxes, lower regulation, conservative federal judges (up to the Supreme Court).

Since THAT happened, your argument loses basically all of its merit.

Because he was the face of the arrogant petulant never trumper movement

Because Trump acted towards McCain in the way we see in OP.

It's the prime example of how this sort of stupidity can hurt Trump.

This is just a risk: reward analysis.

Risk? Potentially very high (see: ACA)

Reward? Nothing.
