5 mile border zone south of the border. Joint patrolled with US and Mexican military (and mexican federal paramilitarios). Entry only at defined checkpoint crossings. Wall, sensors, and drones. No civilian activity within the military border district. Incentivize Mexico with foreign aid money $$$$ for the joint endeavor and civilian relocation process.
Utilize military resources that would've been wasted in the middle east. Spend a FRACTION of the cost of Dem healthcare plan (simple example), secure our border, stabilize mexican govt and improve US-MEX relations in the process.
This is a win-win.

They will have zero market here in America. Zero dollars, American dollars, coming in. They can sell in some other shite hole nation that hasn't legalized and collect their worthless currency. When you can access a bud light at your convenience store on any block in town why the frick would you buy some unregulated "cut" dirty shite from out of town?
