How you feel about a candidates positions is certainly your right. I don't believe that's the case which is my right and have differing opinions on some of those things. Neither of us love America less.

I don’t buy that for a second. There was nothing he did to persuade anybody who wasn’t already voting for him to vote for him. And they were WANTING a reason to. He just wasn’t able to give them one. He got caught up in nonsense and chased irrelevant bait instead of focusing on the issues. And that is very off-putting to some people who don’t think he is a good representative of America to the rest of the world. And that might not matter to you, and you think it shouldn’t matter to anyone. But regardless, it does.

That was quite predictable, and a big miscalculation by him to not be prepared for it. He could have used it as an advantage. Or called it out in real time. Hell, Muir was basically answering for Kamala in some of his questions. Questions that a judges would have sustained with a quickness after an objection for leading the witness. But either don’t do the debate, prepare for how to combat it, and flip it around to his advantage. I don’t think he took Kamala or the debate seriously enough and felt he could wing it and win on instincts, but he just kept going for the bait and never really called her out on anything specific. He was too busy defending his rallies.

That was on Trump. Knowing that the moderators weren’t going to—even though they should have—he should have pressed her. But again, his ego wouldn’t allow it. Ran right through pressing her on policy or calmly explain why his fact checks were wrong, he got caught up in the rallies thing too long, defending the start-up money she accused him of getting from his dad (btw, what an easy response that could have been. “Yes, I was lucky to have a hard-working, self-made father who did give me some money as I was beginning my career. I’m not sure what you mean by this. Was she probably more comfortable knowing it would be a more friendly pair of moderators? Sure. But they did ask a few tough questions, and I don’t buy that she knew them beforehand. Because she would have had better answers. I’m sure she had a good idea about what questions she would be asked, but so should have Trump. But the tell that she didn’t know all the answers was that she obviously memorized some answers that she thought would sound good and would be what people wanted to hear. But she was so intent on getting them in that she dropped them at weird times that weren’t remotely answers to the actual question she was being asked.
A ton of awkward, misplaced non-sequiturs that Trump should have pointed out that she didn’t answer the question asked, and asked her to please answer the question she was asked. “Madam Vice President, is the country better off today than it was 3 1/2 years ago when your administration took office?” And she’s goes into an “I was born a poor black child…” story that sounded like the beginning to “The Jerk.” Trump could have said, “Well, that’s a nice story and all, but you didn’t answer the question. Do you believe that the country is better off now than it was when i was in office? And if so, could you please give specifics?”
Again, that should have been the moderators job, but Trump was a fool to believe they would be fair and press her. So he should have been prepare to do it himself. He keeps reminding me of a time I was riding back home with my roommate from New Orleans to Austin, and it was pissing rain and he was speeding and tailgating on everybody’s arse. I told him to chill out. He told me to frick off.
I said what are you gonna do if they can’t see and have to slam on their brakes and we run up their arse doing 75 with no time to hit the brakes. His answer—“well, it would be their fault.” I said “who gives a frick whose fault it is if we’re fricking dead?” The goal for Trump is to win the election. What difference does it make if he loses due to all the unfair moderators, msm coverage, etc…he still will have lost. And he’s got to move on from the 2020 election. It’s over. Even if he thinks he actually won, at this point, who cares? There is no Time Machine to go back and have him serve from ‘21-‘25. And most people are over it and tired of hearing about it. It’s a loser of an issue. Move on. It ties into the January 6th thing, where the people who consume the MSM have been gaslit to the point where they’re actually worried there won’t be a peaceful exchange of power in ‘29 if he does win. Some loonies actually believe that he won’t leave and will try to become some sort of tyrannical dictator. Even if it’s a lie, just say “I will accept the results of this coming election, and since the Constitution, which I fully believe in and think is sacred does not allow for a 3rd term, I would gladly and gracefully leave the White House on 1/20/29, wish the new President good luck, and retire to Mara Lago and play golf with my granddaughter for the rest of my days.”

I don’t think anybody who watched that debate, Republican or Democrat didn’t grasp what was going on. Most expected. As should have Trump and been more prepared.

I don’t know what you’ve read that’s made you convince yourself this is actually true. There may have been some “undecideds” who weren’t really undecided that finally admitted in a poll they were going to vote for him. But they were on their way anyway. And I don’t think she was so great as to woo anybody to her side that wasn’t already on it. They just saw enough that she was at least competent in the debate, and they too will admit to voting for her, even though they likely were anyway.
I don’t think he “hurt himself” by losing voters. But he had an opportunity to really dominate her and get some of the people who didn’t love him, but were prepared to hold their noses and vote for him to stay home. And she may have gotten some people who were gonna stay home to come out and hold their noses and vote for her. Or it may not have mattered at all. But I think it could have with a better showing by him. Which is frustrating. Oh well. We’ll see. Still lots of time to go and lots of crazy shite that can still happen.

Being mad and angry is not going to attract anyone. He should channel that emotion by explaining why Democrat policies are bad for voters.
It's your money. You wake up, go to work, sacrifice your time to work and make something of yourselves ... And the Democrats tax you on top of taxes and give your money to people who do nothing.
Inflation is higher than it's ever been and much higher than the numbers they are telling you. They want higher wages and your first thought is YEa, that good, I like that. But higher wages to compensate for high inflation cost you more money. Your losing and the government is winning! Higher wages equal higher taxes the government collects. Higher wages equal higher prices which equals higher tax dollars for the government. So while you making more income, your not getting ahead, but the government is making a killing off everything being higher.
Energy prices are higher because the Democrats want you to push investment into wind and solar and everything electric. That is a big loser for you. They short the supply of cheap energy so that the price goes up to what it cost to produce renewables. Renewables will never be a sustainable source for your living needs ... Unless you are ready to give up your conveniences. If you happen to be in the lower income, you are the one that is going to feel it most, because the higher income elites pushing climate change and renewables are going to be able to afford paying more for the conveniences everyone has today. Your the ones that are going to suffer.
Save the planet is bullshi . Its a propaganda campaign to make you think what you have today is wrong. It's the save the planet initiatives that are destroying the planet.
