I don't know if the guy is right or wrong. Just always drives me nuts when people take to the airwaves with analysis that, if true, doesn't need to be openly discussed.

The United States has sent top-of-the-line fighters, F-22 Raptors, to Israel, marking the first time it has deployed combat aircraft to the country for a potential wartime mission as the two nations prepare to square off against Iran, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Trump Administration hasn’t officially announced the deployment, and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which oversees American military forces in the region, declined to comment, though videos of the aircraft arriving in Israel began appearing on social media Tuesday.
The deployment of F-22s to Israel comes as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have said they won’t let the U.S. use their airspace or territory for an attack on Iran, limiting American options for basing the hundreds of aircraft necessary for a major air campaign against the Islamic Republic.
Summary: Placing aerial assets at Israeli airbases allows the US to disperse it's planes across more bases and not have to station key fighter jets, such as the F-22 closer to Iran than necessary.

How, exactly, would any deal with Iran improve the situation of its citizens? If these people, who have risked everything, do not get the support they need, how can we expect any oppressed citizens to challenge their government? We do not need to effect regime changes , but rather facilitate it with willing peoples.
Our terms are probably something along the lines of:
1) cut all ties with China, Russia and North Korea
2) the Ayatollah and senior IRGC leadership need to shave, strip to their underwear, and go out and mingle with the Iranian protesters
3) allow the IDF and Mossad complete access to all military and research facilities, as well as a comprehensive list of contacts in Palestine
Otherwise, we will blow the frick out of them.
See, we tried to work with them...

U.S. demands presented to Iran in Geneva:
- Destroy all three nuclear sites: Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan
- Transfer all enriched uranium to the U.S.
- No sunset clauses, meaning restrictions would be permanent
- 0 enrichment, though the Tehran reactor could remain
- Limited upfront sanctions relief, with more only if Iran complies

I think you can take this as an indication of how the negotiations are going:

US airforce is deploying a further 14 F-35s across the Atlantic to Europe from a base in Utah supported by 8 refuelling tankers, these will eventually travel to the Middle East.

Do they fly those f35/ over with tanker help or do they float them over.
Sorry. I don’t know the obvious answer.
