No, he doesn't. Never inset yourself in someone else's domestic issues. Let them hash it out. It is not our place to reward any side just yet. If they kill each other, it's unfortunate but in the end not our problem.

In principle I agree. However, Trump has already injected himself into the situation by issuing a warning yesterday. The regime ignored that warning and called out Trump today. They are FAing and need to FO.
