I think if it came to invasions the US would win out handily.
There's no way China and Russia have an armed populace like the US. They will probably roll through the pacific states because their state governments have done a good job of disarming their citizens. Colorado and Idaho will probably be the stopping point.

Even thought I am concerned about nukes, I do believe that we have a "Star Wars" like system fully operational. No way we don't by this point.

No war needed, all China or Russia has to do is say boo.
The USA is cutting the military budget in order to give free phones away.
China and Russia will come against a nation, but it won't be the USA, we will probably be in chaos by then.

We could cut our defense spending by half.
And we'd win hands down.
And we still would have a bigger defense budget then the next five nations....combined.
