Claim religious exemption.

Lets see. Mandate a vaccine that you can still catch covid and spread it to other vaccinated

Weird hill to die on, literally.
It's literally not a hill and they have an option to test weekly in lieu of the vaccine. Weekly seems extreme but at least they have an option to avoid the vaccine and continue working.
I would definitely be planning my exit and trying to find a job with a more freedom loving and moral organization in the meantime.

Makes zero sense for vaccine mandates when you can still catch and spread it. Zero.

Not sure how we've allowed this to happen.
Government labeling unarmed protesters as terrorists and then gunning them down probably has something to do with it.
If they can gun down and destroy the reputation of a veteran like Babbitt... they can do that shite to anyone. When one side isn't allowed to protest... it eventually leads to pure tyranny

what do you mean?
if you support freedom and limited government then you should be supporting the right of companies to mandate vaccines.
also should be supporting companies that do not mandate them and you should be using your ability to affect the free market to punish companies that do mandate it.
Last thing we want is the government stepping in to tell these companies they can or can not mandate this. Personal property rights need to be respected.
if not you end up with the bullshite of a bakery having to bake a cake with a dick on it.
some of us were called stupid fricks for saying how the civil rights act was the first step towards all of this bullshite.

Agreed

We've given private businesses the freedom to pretty much do what they want.
This is disingenuous at best. Are we letting businesses use arbitrary criteria to decide who they can serve and employ? When was the last time a business required a flu vaccine or hepatitis test? What about an AIDS test?
I hate being philosophically inconsistent. Either let businesses truly be free to decide what they want, or don't. Parading around and/or codifying your beliefs in order to discriminate is bullshite.

Same for us. We have several customers that have already notified us that any of our people onsite at their facilities must be vaccinated.
I have one better. I had a meeting set up this past Monday with a client and she called my office last week and wanted to know if I had been vaccinated. She was told that I don't and won't be releasing my medical history to clients but she has the option to do a virtual meeting instead. Instead of opting for the virtual, she said she will seek out a new CPA who does not hide their vaccination choice. Needless to say, I have no fricks to give about losing this client.

We own a retail store. Customer has seriously called to inquire about the vaccination status of our employees. We politely tell them that we don't know because we haven't asked.

I agree in the fact that businesses should be free to serve and employee who they want.
So why are you mad a business is chosing to do just that?
They are simply letting you know the condidions of employment. Your employment is at will on both sides, go find a company that aligns with your views.

plenty of places require that

Those tests hurt like hell they do that intentionally

that is your right as a private company. Why the frick are you not supporting personal property rights and freedom of owners to make this decision one way or the other?

Companies can do whatever they want…except violate your rights. I’d love to have a business where I refuse service to people who look like they hopped the border because they might have diseases. But I can’t

I've had one test where it royally sucked and another where it didn't at all. that first one definitely scraped some brain matter on it lol.
