I’ve never heard a political candidate speak more intelligently, sincerely, confidently & with charisma without seeming like he’s trying too hard.
Certainly not in a debate where it’s 3 against 1.
I don’t agree with everything Vance says all the time. I think he should have a bit more reservation in what he posts on social media.
But damn…this guy is what we need.

Yes and no; Vance is playing for independents and I think he’s doing it with calculated responses.
It’s very Reagan-esque and measured, but he’s not pinning his ears back and biting at everything he can.

This has probably been one of the best debates I have watched in a long time. Vance is destroying Walz, but the civility they are both showing is a nice change. At times it appears Walz wants to change teams.

Walz: “Did he lose in 2020”
Vance floundered but he should have said: “It doesn’t matter. He left peacefully and then Kamala entered the whitehouse and stayed there the last 4 years. If she has all these answers to fix the issues America is facing why hasn’t she implement a single one of them the last 4 years? Trump left peacefully and turned the government over to the Democrats. What have they done since then to improve the country.”

I think JD needlessly walked into that J6 trap and was.the only time tonight where I think his answer just really won't come off well for the general populace
