Guilty as it should be. That whole redneck posse situation was a dumb call.

CNN is still holding on to the jogging narrative in their headlines. This is sick.

Just wait and see how many of these type stories we get before election year 2024 and then see what happens that year.

Why is it a problem for us to hear about people that broke the law, were charged, and stood trial, the justice system working as it was designed?

Georgia has a weird rule where if you commit a felony and results in a death it becomes felony murder.

What was that retarded 51/49 argument that guy making in a thread here the other day? Is he in shambles?

Haha you mean azkiger. He's been in this thread talking about the black Mafia influencing the verdict or something else equally moronic.

such a dumb take.

You morons really should go watch the videos that Officer Tatum posted back when this was a hot issue.

Y'all are stupid as hell and don't know jack. Do I think the vigilantes were wrong? Yes. Do I think they set out to murder the black man? No.

Now it's the mob influenced the verdict?

I said the black militia was trying to influence the verdict.

Lmao you argued till you were blue in the face about how justified they were in their citizens arrest.

Incorrect, I only argued that the defense had a decent legal argument.

Regardless, they would not have been charged or even made the news, if it wasn't an election year and the Democrats needed some racial division diversion news.

Something to use to blame their pre-orchestrated and prepared BLM/ANTIFA violence on. It didn't work as good as planned, so when the dumbass counterfeit passing drug addict died, Arbery focus got dropped.

More than likely, it was a drug drop for someone working the site or someone in the neighborhood. jmho

He was part of the false imprisonment and aggravated assault, which resulted in the death of AA. Thus he gets hit with felony murder under GA law.

I didn't make that argument, trial lawyers did. I just made a thread about it.

I didn’t watch it but my guess is the argument is that he was a party to the crime in the underlying felony, thus guilty of the felony murder.

He's actually right.

Local police and DA had the video and sat on it for months, deciding not to prosecute. It somehow got leaked and because it was an election year full of BLM riots and hightened racial tensions, it blew up. Justice department stepped in. Outside of those circumstances, those guys are probably still going about their daily lives. Whether right or wrong, it is still true.

That's a guess. Just like it was a guess for the 3 who just got convicted. Nobody has a right to chase down someone running down the street and make a citizens arrest based on a guess that something could have happened to someone else's property.
