So with the old photo ear and nose evidence, the confirmed witness worked there and the picture of the dead epstein not actually appearing dead, now move the "Epstein Did Not Kill Himself" conspiracy theory now move into the confirmed category now?

Well, not quite. What it does mean is that the 4Chan poster is a confirmed witness. And someone that investigators went to a lot of trouble to track down and unmask.
Why would they do this? Unless they had reason to suspect that Epstein was switched out, why would they ever take an anonymous post on frickin 4Chan seriously enough to subpoena bank records and shite just to discover who posted it?
In my view it is very strong indication that Epstein may indeed have been switched out.
Let's assume he was for a second. Let's say the 4Chan poster was right. The question becomes, who swapped him out? The 4Chan poster tells us who did it. The US Military did it.
This would mean that Epstein is currently sitting in a black site somewhere in witness protection. And/or has already stood trial and has been sentenced by military tribunal.

I’m not even convinced that the prosecution would actually need Epstein for any critical element in a trial against any other person/people, in a trial involving sexual assault of a minor or other sexual assault type cases. All you need is the investigator(s) who worked up the particular case, then, most importantly, the victim who would point at the perpetrator and say “that’s the person who did xyz to me.”

What if there are ongoing investigations and not all of the victims are alive?
It would be nice to have Epstein squirreled away somewhere safe.

It’s pretty well-established knowledge among prosecutors at all levels that in the case of a crime involving a specific victim (versus those “against society”), less and except a narrow set of circumstances, it’s essentially impossible to get a conviction, as matters of both law and fact. One of the rare exceptions that comes to mind is if it’s foreseen that a victim is about to die (say in the case of terminal cancer), a judge would likely allow pre-recorded testimony of the deceased victim to substitute for live testimony in a trial setting.
Otherwise, any second hand (third party) rendition of what the victim “likely” would have said is old fashioned hearsay and would never even make it to the jury’s ears. Gotta have that victim.

In any event, witness protection exists and is a thing that is used. And again, I don't know for sure that's where he's at. But it sure looks awful weird considering this new information.
And I must admit, it's a nice bit of vindication too, because I personally was sounding alarms on this from the jump and I know others were too. Our anonymous 4Chan poster claiming he was switched out by the military was unmasked by investigators. I still can't think of any other reason for them to take such an "absurd" internet post seriously enough to issue subpoenas in order to find out who made the post unless they too thought (or hell, maybe KNEW) he was switched out.

Can you think of any possible reason other than they thought, like the poster alleges, that Epstein may have been switched out?
Because unless they were thinking the same thing, how the hell would that 4Chan post even pop up on their radar?

Exposing Epstein’s crimes, and naming names goes a long way to draining the swamp. We need to shine light on this.

If you want to look at ears for a determination then you simply want to believe this and a lot of other conspiracy crap. The lighting has everything to do with the manipulation of the ears. I trust nothing but I believe very likely Epstein is dead. Likely knew his time was up and that everyone in the world was onto him. Probably didn’t like the scenario of living in jail and watching hundreds of what he thought were friends lose favor and power because of his sick and delusional method.
