She could’ve been arrested by the 10+ cops on her side of the window.
What if other people started following her? They clearly drew a line in the sand and she was the first to cross it.

That angle shows a different story than the one from yesterday. This one shows the woman jumping through the window, INTO the area of armed police pointing a gun at her. Come on, people. Take off your fricking orange-colored glasses and apply the same logic you (rightfully) apply to most other police shootings. If you do, you'll see that she was an immediate threat to that police office and whoever else was on the other side of those doors & windows.
Not saying she deserved to die, but the police officer was doing his job. Quit y'alls bitching.
For the record, I do believe I'm done with Trump after four years of strongly defending him and losing some friends over my support for him. He has officially done more to harm the conservative movement than to help. And he's killed any chance of conservatives in federal power for decades. Time to move on from him in my opinion.

I didn’t say it was but it does give (more) perspective to the full situation

I have a feeling the responses on here would be different if the protesting group would have been Antifa or BLM. Just follow the law and you don't have to worry about getting shot, right?

He didn't know if she was unarmed or not.

Obviously she wasn’t a threat and could’ve been handled without firing a shot. With that said, she was climbing a barricade with an officer pointing a gun at her. What did she think was going to happen?
The officer did his job.
The officer did his job.

Neck.

She was dead immediately.
No. Reports say she died in the hospital. Probably died on the way to the hospital and pronounced officially dead there.

Personally, I wouldn’t be climbing a barrier towards an agent with a gun.

Is she a deadly threat though? What laws apply here? Deadly force for breaking inside? I don't know the answer

This is absolutely what they did. It’s not a legal defense of the shooting. Cops can’t shoot the first person who breaks through a barrier as a lesson to the rest.

Yet, a store owner can’t protect his store from looting pieces of shite?

Except she wasn’t following the law.

When Democrats stormed Congressional offices to protest the Kavanaugh confirmation, they just got arrested - some of them.
Whether this was a stupid game or not is yet to be seen.
In my mind, she's a hero. And she should NOT have been shot.
We watched an entire summer of people's private property be looted and burned to the ground while police - on camera - are seen standing there doing nothing watching the looters run in and out of the store carrying off TVs and other shite.
Taking someone's private property is wrong.
Storming the Capitol because 535 degenerate criminals are inside stealing an election - different situation.

Only thing I can think was if that was secret service and the VEEP was in the room behind him.
100%. We don't know WHO that cop was protecting. This was inside the US Capitol building where all 535 members of congress AND the vice president were. Tensions were very high.
