Someone who thinks? You clearly aren't intelligent enough to grasp that there could be multiple reasons why for an American who frequently travels internationally or owns property abroad it could be advantageous to have dual citizenship. Maybe he's in business and his second passport makes it easier and less expensive to import American goods to that country.
