They won’t issue the opinion until June. I think they will rule tariffs are taxes and have to go through Congress. They will order the Administration to refund the money collected. Once that happens, all of the countries that negotiated new trade deals because of the tariffs will renege on the deals.

The thing I remember most was the excellent case of Missouri v Biden. The lower courts crushed Biden for colluding with media to limit free speech. THEN, the Supreme Court overruled based on a weak standing argument.
