I can't watch this but know that it happens everyday and when the minority gets suspended people scream about the disproportionate number in detention.

He was expelled. It’s still a white majority school. Its total student population has declined by 10% over the past few years which does not bode well for the future of the school.

Smoking someone who's sitting down at a table and then trying to kill them is definitely the furthest thing from thug or bully. Right up there with feeding the hungry or sheltering the homeless.

My Junior high was the same. They had a bunch of 16 year old ninth graders who were always causing trouble. Big fights were common. School got cancelled at least once a year because there was supposed to be a big fight.
One day walking in we had to go through the gym walk under the bleachers and empty our bags and pockets. Several knives and guns were dropped under those bleachers. I chanced it, and held on to my nickle bag.

He’s probably the class bully and everybody is terrified of him. And it happened very quick. From the time he threw the punch til the chair was about 6-7 seconds. And the damage was done before the chair.
This is why my kid is in Jiu Jitsu and will stay there unless he grows to hate it deeply. He’s coming up on a year and he’s a completely different child. Only in 3rd grade so the real situations haven’t begun yet. But I’m confident that he can handle any situation that would arise now. By the time he’s in HS, there won’t be any situations cause the bully is gonna skip over him and move on to the next one.
This BS doesn’t happen if that poor kid wasn’t scared shitless and his only line of defense wasn’t “pretend he’s not there and he’ll go away”. It’s fricking sad that it’s come to this but if you aren’t proactive about it, you’re risking everything.

White parents should never let their kids attend a school that is more than 10% black. I'd work 20 hours a day before I let my son or daughter attend a school with that much ghetto trash.

My school was ~50/50 and we are all better people for having been there. No reason to hide your kid from the real world. The real world is full of all kinds of people. Seems I remember the private schools with almost all white kids were loaded with pill heads and drug dealers.
