I cant wait to tell my white friends and neighbors that despite what the media has told them, they probably have not committed a hate crime.
Guess we just need to keep expanding the definition of hate crime- I know several of them are on time for everything.

That screenshot is actually from another recent graffiti incident at American University — I reappropriated it for the Vader meme because the stock image of the girl used in the piece had a such a “triggered” SJW vibe about her.
To answer your question, it appears some knucklehead had carved a “SS” symbol into a bathroom stall in a freshman dorm. Some students were upset that school authorities had not immediately declared such idiocy as a “hate crime” and instead had deemed it as an act of vandalism.
