I like Putin.

I read 3 pages so far and there’s like 2-3 people saying positive things about Putin, maybe another couple arguably so but not directly. The Original post is long and covers many issues that likely could have drawn upvotes rather than pure agreement about Putin.

I don’t think your gotcha is very gotcha.

Trump didn't even understand how NATO is financed and the 2% thing long predated Trump and he just used it as a line to attack the alliance. His ambassador to Germany was shitting on the alliance and stirring up dissension among the allies. All of this helped Putin.

No you aren't. It's who you are. You think you have it figured out and you don't.

you lack any self-awareness

Yes... you do.

You are the exact same as a Bush and Romney. You think of yourself as high and mighty and we lowly people are too ignorant to see what Trump really is.

So we can go all the way back to Trump policies that you hated, yet they worked. we can talk about the jobs actually created and the scare you had over washing machines, which is now actually increasing in price!

We can talk about the 300ish jobs lost in Huntsville, Al with Biden's reversal of a Trump policy that placed us in the good loving hands of China...again.

Where would you, sir, like to start. With your "I am above these lowly peasants who don't understand" or actual policies?

Let's talk about a real narcissist, the one the only Mr. Petti

I keep hearing the leftists say this

This is akin to leftists screaming "racist!" at anyone they disagree with.

As you stated, all rational people are saying frick Europe, NATO, and the Ukrainian government. We are 100% behind the people of Ukraine who was left in this situation by the potato administration, Europe, and Ukrainian government.

So yes, I would like to see the globalists fail. However, i am enjoying watching the Ukrainian military and civilians fight back. But soon, the Russians will overwhelm them.

And to the leftists who say "you can't want the globalist to fail and still want Ukraine to "win"". Actually, you can. Trump did it for 4 years.

President shite for Brains is weak, and the entirety of the leftist administration and it's supporters are weak. You always have been.

Sure. Also, frick you. Piece of shite dickface. I have nothing but contempt for lying pieces of shite like you. If I had spewed the nonsense you spewed on this board from 2016 to 2020, I might have died from embarrassment. But you have no shame. Sucks to suck.

It’s mainly just Germany. And Putin isn’t Hitler, but it isn’t like he is a super competent genius. Every calculation he has made since 2000 has effectively blown up in his face with this invasion.

Which is Europe’s super power, hence my point.

The history of the decline of nuclear energy in Germany is directly related to events at Chernobyl.

Chernobyl was 36 years ago. They just approved Nordstream. This seems like a stretch. You are going to have to provide a lot of evidence to back that up

Petti wants to break free from the chains of the GOP establishment, but he can’t. He might get the best bunk at the camps, though.

Trump trusts Putin and Trump favors a lot of Putin's interests (weakening NATO).

You’re either lying or stupid. For 4 years Putin was essentially neutralized while Trump was President. Biden is in office 3 months and Putin starts moving troops to the Ukrainian border.

Trump made huge efforts to try and strengthen NATO, he just wanted the Euros to do their fair share in it.

Rommel was wrong for fighting for Germany but he was a brilliant military mind that was the father of modern combined arms warfare. Putin played Europe, Obama and Biden like a fiddle. Is it wrong to note the truth? That isn’t praise that is respect and I have no problem being truthful. When you aren’t you have military failures like we witnessed in Afghanistan!

And It also highlights the failures of those listed.

No it didn't. That's a lie.

We should NOT pay the lions share in NATO. Period.

I don't give a damn if you disagree with it or not.

Putin sat quiet while Trump was in office. I know that you, personally, need to somehow blame him but we all were here and we know what actually happened under Trump and what did not!

When I point out how much more competent Putin is than Biden its not meant to praise Putin, it's meant to show how much I loathe Biden. Besides, a fricking turnip is more competent than Biden so saying Putin is more so isn't exactly praiseworthy

It's amazing to me. It's almost as if he wants history changed so that he can say "see I told you"

If only the people would forget, then he could be right.

It's true I believe I'm more intelligent than you. I don't think I'm better than you. I don't think you're ignorant on Trump, I think you're so desperate to see backbone from a leader and have someone who represents people like you (and me) that you'll accept Trump even though you know he's a fake.

I think Romney and Bush are aloof, they're probably good hearted, but they are concerned with legacy and being seen as peacemakers, etc. The ambitions of men who don't have the cares you and I do. So no, I don't think I'm the same as them.

No idea what this is about. Tariffs? If so that's not something I weighed in on often/at all.

What? I mean, this is the problem arguing with someone like you. It quickly becomes about some abstract characterization of your opponents.

If you dug up my objections about Trump, they center on the idea that he was a fake who would betray us. He was/is a fake, but he more or less represented us, and hence I voted for him twice. I do think he's a fairly bad person and I don't think he's admirable. Maintain that stance.

Probably true. I'll work on it. I don't think Trump is going to work on it.
