I think nearly all politicians are compromised in some way, from insider trading to misappropriation of campaign funds and everything in between. I don’t have a counter-example to point to that I don’t think is at least a bit corrupt.
I don’t necessarily think everyone who is corrupt doesn’t have good intentions or the nation would not function.
All that being said, claims have been made in this thread that somehow Donald Trump is uniquely pure amongst all politicians. Call it TDS, but that claim is simply not true.

Your statements may all be true but I still find Trump more trustworthy than anyone else in DC.
I never said he is perfect but he is many magnitudes better than anyone else in the federal government. He has awakened the masses to what the blob has gotten away with while keeping us distracted.
