The Inca were mostly in Peru. Wasn't the rest of the continent mostly hunter-gatherer?
No. That's not true for Mesoamerica or North America either.

Subsaharan Africa also had localized empires in a mostly hunter-gatherer continent.
Again, not true.

Ah, I'll read more about it (no sarcasm)

That would make my point stronger then.

Religion. That’s why Africa and the Middle East are the way they are, because they are religious fanatics.

If you are serious, then there are a lot of books to read to get a realistic view. The Amazon landmass dominates South America, but where humans were able to settle, they settled. The Incans weren't the first large empire in that region, as to my recall, as there were successive groups like the Moche, Nazca, Tikwanaku among many others. The fact that Quechua wasn't the only language spoken in the area, nor did it become the standard language of the empire, was due to the highly centralized bureaucracy of the Incan state, based around a 'federal' governance system based around four states, is evidence of the relative diversity of the area in terms of different peoples. Goods were produced and delivered through the bureaucracy, with taxation paid through labor. The politics of Mesoamerica and North America similarly indicates foreign policy was a major feature of each, as groups like the Aztecs relied on subjugation of neighboring areas to succeed, which made them ripe for revolt, as the Spanish found out after they allied with the Tlaxacans.

I don't think it would, because the entire region was connected to the larger trade network, as evidenced by robust trade routes, as well as the ability to move a large amount of labor and materials through long distances. Why that devolved has directly to do with colonial interaction, and requires a dissertation level explanation of why it occurred.

They haven’t progressed because of tribalism. They are so rooted in their way of life and the way it’s always been that that’s the way it will always be.

I learned something new. It sounds interesting.

No trade routes with other cultures is a curse and stagnation.

Kazakh citizens call cops on Russians vacationing there with the Z symbol. Equals Swatstica in Kazakh since Russians are viewed as Fascists for having that symbol

They did have trade routes with other cultures. Here’s a non-exhaustive representation of pre-colonial trade networks. At local levels, it becomes even more robust.

Especially considering the hundreds of billions of dollars worth of money that the US taxpayer has allegedly sent over the decades to those remote villages to ensure education, clean running water, and stores of food.
They still don't have clean water, adequate shelter or stable nutrition supplies. What do they all conveniently have, though? Cell phones with XiNN News apps. Coincidence?

i believe it goes back to the original groups of people who migrated from africa. they had to deal with a whole set of new environmental challenges and circumstances that made them become more creative in their building, farming, hunting and overall living situations.
when its cold enough to kill you for half the year, the same old way of life doesn't work anymore. necessity is the mother of invention, and once that inventiveness is engrained in a society and people see it working to produce better life outcomes, they adopt similar philosophies and teach others.
Very well stated and accurate.
Sub-saharan Africa did not require that mankind improve their way of life in order to survive. So they had no impetus to do so.
Necessity is the mother of invention - so to is it the motivator for evolution = survival of the fittest. once all outcomes are the same, the business end of the 'selection' process is ended.
That is why the current motivation to 'make everyone equal' is nothing more than a plan to devolve to sub-saharan status.

…. and after another PLANdemic, war and famine and the apocalypse…they’ll still be frickin…and continue on without the remotest thought of us.
Maybe they’re onto something.
