Had trump proudly said before the kavanaugh and Gorsuch nominations that he was only looking at white males. I'd say frick kavanaugh and Gorsuch.
If Biden's regime only wanted black females... they shouldn't have made their thoughts public. They should've at least given the illusion that they searched every suitable candidate and Brown stands out above the rest. Let America think she was nominated strictly because she was the best of the best. Not mainly because of her skintone and gender.

I just want my Supreme Court justices to believe in the constitution and make rulings based on that document. I don’t really care about political leanings because I would hope whatever those leanings are, they can support their positions with the constitution.

As a black woman her point of view is important

First off, she qualified, is she the most qualified? I doubt it but that is besides the point. This isn't a position like a quarterback or test pilot, this is a position that each justice brings with them a lifetime of experience from a world much different than mine, and likely yours.
As a black woman her point of view is important and she can bring an insight into decisions that none of the other justices have. That insight deserves to be heard and considered.
As a staunch conservative I believe in fairness, this is fair.
name a democrat black woman you respect in the political theater

Yeah I’d say this attitude is exactly why Republicans are weak. Did you see what they put Kavanaugh and Barrett thru? Frick em
Ignoring the circumstances surrounding these two nominations but using the reactions as a justification is ignorant.
Was the performative outrage overboard? Yes but this nomination process is w/o the strategic genius of McConnell (i know Trump ppl hate Mitch but I’m sorry…he is FUVKin genius) so there is no need for fake outrage
Also, historically, Repubs vote for a high percentage of all presidential nominees- its Democrats who put their political opinions as a filter

absolutely agree. biden is an idiot for saying that
but i also think a black female justice is appropriate. regardless of current or historical percentage of population, black folks have seen far less representation at the highest levels of justice

Hooks too shiny.
And this woman won’t be making any decisions as a black woman. They will be made in strict accordance with democrat dogma.

Supreme Court Justices aren’t there to represent specific constituencies. If the judge is representing a certain group, they are not impartial.

She should receive the same amount of scrutiny and respect the Democrats heaped on Justice Kavanaugh. No more or no less -

No
If she's soft on pedos, which is what's being reported, she shouldn't be allowed near a bench ever again.
