Yes.
Those islands are practically a third world nanny state. The natives are fat and lazy and all anyone wants to do there is surf, smoke weed, and eat food. I don't think there is a single Republican office holder in that entire state - the last one switching parties several years ago just so they could remain in office. Tulsi Gabbard is about as conservative as that state gets.
