He is shaking things up right now. I think his focus is, and should be on the border, the economy, and the budget. He should not play all of his cards up front.
If he starts arresting people now, the deep state is going to really start disrupting things. They will call him a dictator and impeach him. Right now, he can use this as leverage to keep people from disrupting DOGE.

The easiest thing in the world is to say you're going to fight fraud and eliminate waste and then let the deep state and courts stop you. You can say you tried.
Why did Trump create DOGE and take the aggressive approach of "shock and awe", firing every one with ties to the previous administration, cancelling projects, eliminating the Department of Education, cutting funding to Ukraine, etc?
Why would he do that when he could have just taken the "normal" approach of creating committees in Congress to investigate, bog down, and eventually allow meaningful reforms to wither on the vine after some symbolic changes that mean nothing?
No he means what he says. Pam Bondi has been in office for a little over a month. Since they fired most of the attorneys working for the AG, she is probably still getting her staff in place and opening investigations. I'm sure Garland's staff didn't make it easy for her but leaving all the evidence of wrong doing by the previous administration in a folder marked "Evidence". It will take a while to sort through an prioritize investigation, and that's okay. They have 4 years.
I don't want them to come out and do what the Dems did, which is announce that they were investigating Donald Trump and then spend two years trying to convince everyone that DJT was colluding with the Russians only to eventually end up with egg on their face.
I want the first announcement to be that they are pressing specific charges and the charges had better not be ambiguous document crimes...

No, no one will be arrested. Kash and Bondi have been in their positions for a month now. That’s enough time to do anything. It doesn't take a month to investigate multiple layers of bureaucracy, NGOs, and bank accounts and start arresting people. It's all over. America was a good experiment. We should all kill ourselves because nothing will ever happen and it's all so hopeless.
