A major issue I have is they over complicated the tactics and team sheets

Yeah, it's almost impossible to change it wo FIFA correcting your change until you fix it for the 3rd time.

What do you want to see changed with career mode?
I pretty much only play career mode and find many aspects to be frustrating.
Loaning and/or transfer listing a player is a crapshoot.
Negotiations fall through glitch is alive and well.
Scheduling as aforementioned
Those are the biggest things I recall off hand.
