Villa keeper caught a corner, bumped into his defender and fell into the net with the ball clearly across the line

look at the pic above. ref's watch did not go off signaling a goal so they play on. no VAR to review or buzz the ref to change the call either.
on second though, maybe the keeper was just social distancing from his defender so it's not a goal.
