He'd run out of bounds if it was 50 yards longer.

only qualms I would have would be the spacing between our midfield and our backline. It is a little bit too much space. Good thing though is that Bradley has some solid defensive ability. We could play him behind Torres and that would be still a solid offensive center mid pairing.
Only problem is that with our back line still playing disorganized and some what shaky we would need someone playing a stopper role or defensive midfielder role.

frick robbie findley. The white line means out of fricking bounds.

Torres has been great. Winning the ball too.
I'm happy with Findley but yeah get a cross in. That's two now.

Man, I wish we had the wingbacks to play a 4-3-3. I would love to see what Torres, Bradley and Edu could do together.

4-3-3 is the formation of champions

neither brazil nor spain run a 4-3-3

This was my train of thought exactly. But like you said our backline would need to be in the Italian mold, we would need stout organized central defenders allowing our LB and RB the ability to go up the pitch.

Dempsey wakes up.
Bornstein's impact is immediately felt.

This is what Dempsey does, he gets exhausted come 65 minutes gone, but he always gets one play where he capitalizes late in the game.
