Now this is a USMNT I can watch. Beatiful soccer.

Good to bring Jozy's confidence back up after that injury. He's lost some lbs.

Jozy looks more fit physically than he's looked in quite awhile.

Altidore has proven himself once again. I think I would sub him now too as we can see his ability. He really does not need more looks or minutes. This would be another opportunity for a young striker to get some looks. Who is on the bench? Morris?

Obviously not at the same level, but Jozy reminds me a little bit of Russell Westbrook (before this most recent season) in the sense that people pick apart the poor 10% of their games without acknowledging the 90% of the things they do well. Joey's physicality is fantastic.

Gyasi on the other hand I don't have as many kind things to say about him.

Two of the three hardest matches will be our opening brace.

Do we have an idea of the second two qualifiers?

Maybe its because I'm gay for Pulisic, but I really feel like we play a much more aesthetically pleasing game when he's out there.

Morris has so many things he needs to work on.

I remember when he was the future.

He's still like the USMNT starting striker like in 2022 on FIFA if you're the national team manager

Absolutely. He has a lot of potential, but definitely has shown he isn't worthy of being in the talks about guys who should be starting against superior competition. I really wish he would have signed with Bremen because I would have watched him way more often, but hopefully the Sounders do a good job with him.

Klejstan and Pulisic once again working well together.

Both are creative, highly skilled, and intelligent attacking players that also provide defense. You don't really lose or compromise on anything by playing them.
