Not really an Abroad thing but it is USMNT.
Miles Robinson will not sign an extension with Atlanta and will explore his options.

Update.. I understand that Luca Koleosho, as of now, is not set on playing for Italy's U-19 team in any of their upcoming UEFA U-19 games. He will attend the Italian training camp for 4 days and then decide to focus on either USA or Italy for upcoming youth tournaments.

Pepi named to the Eredivisie team of the month. Only field player not for Ajax, PSV, or Feyenoord.
Meanwhile Reyna hasn’t made it off the bench for Dortmund for four games in a row.

Apparently our temporary head coach flew to Germany to meet with Gio and try to smooth some things over.
I'm still curious about his lack of playing time though. I know when I asked a week or so ago y'all mentioned he was still getting back to fitness, but that doesn't explain why he went from playing and scoring goals to absolutely playing zero time. If that was the case why would he be named to the bench at all.

He can still play, just can't play 90 minutes, which is why he was getting named to the bench. Why his minutes have dwindled to nothing after having success as a super sub coming out of the winter break, I have no idea.
Could be that his health has had a setback or it could be that he's pouting in practice for not getting more minutes. Unfortunately, either scenario has precedent with Gio.

Hard to say with Gio. Easy answer is other players are playing better and the team keeps winning without him. The more concerning answer would be something in regards to his health or attitude. Has he been consistently healthy at all the past year and a half?

Gio returned to a team that was pressing to win the Bundesliga without him. His weakness is defense. He has entered games when his team was either behind or a couple of goals ahead with the exception of the one game he started. They are playing sub midfielders ahead of him that are more defensive instead of bringing him in late. Gio situation is the coach does not want to mess with what is working.

Please don’t let your mom send the pics.

Nope, I don't believe he has played a full 90 since the first World Cup Qualifier in El Salvador when he initially got injured. That was September 2021.
But because of the amount of matches on such a condensed schedule since that, I don't think he has really been allowed a chance to get fully healthy. It's like every time he has been deemed just healthy enough to get back on the bench, he has immediately been thrust into action whether it was with BVB or USMNT. It's why I said earlier that he may not be fully healthy again until after he gets this offseason under his belt.

He went 85 + in the one start. Edit he went 66.

My guy, he wasn't on the teamsheet today. Chelsea haven't cleared yet while he's still working his way to match fitness.

Has Weah’s recent time at LB/wingback for Lille been discussed here? Curious if anyone has actually seen him play in any of these games and what people think of this. Is this a needed stop gap for Lille, or is there any real thought Weah could be more effective from a deeper position.
Alphonso Davies better watch his back if he wants to be first team all concacaf again.

I’ve been watching. In some ways it is a stop gap but Weah’s “problem” is how versatile he is. When not playing LB he’s on the wing, and we know how productive he can be. Either way it’s a win since he’s getting minutes.
