Pepi also scored yesterday.

Some other updates.

Musah is said to be next up on the shopping list for AC Milan. Abamayang(sp) wants to go to Juventus so Flo is now the target of Inter Milan with the talk that the figure will be between 40-45 to aquire him.

Besides Musah and McKennie, who else is expected to make a move this summer?

Will Tyler Adams go on loan or have an outright transfer?

Flo, there was some speculation about CCV. Will Arsenal keep or loan out Trusty? He played a half with the big boys the other day.

Some of the loan guys are interesting to look at, even besides Balogun

Trusty, Malik Tillman, Slonina, and of course Dest.

I think McKenzie stays this year.

The only non-loan guys I could think of are Zach Steffen and Erik Palmer-Brown.

ETA: I thought Steffen had been transferred out but apparently he was on loan as well.

Still tbd. I think if Arsenal get a big enough offer they sell with a buy back clause. I still think he’s better than Nketiah and would like to see him get a shot with Arsenal this year.

KOD, here are my guesses:
Trusty: stays with Arsenal as backup (I think either he or Holding get sold)
Tillman: sold to mid table bundesliga club
Slonina: loan to Belgium or the Netherlands
Dest: stays at Barca
Steffen: sold to a championship club

I agree with you on Steffen, Slonina, and hope you’re right about Trusty who could have some real opportunities in a long season

Tillman I agree, unless he stays at Rangers, which is probably not ideal for his development.

Balogun will be interesting to see

Dest certainly thinks he will be at Barca but I’m skeptical they will want him.

They tried to shove him out last year, even before a very bad club season.

I really don't think Dest gives a frick if he plays or not, he just wants to be at a big club in a cool city... and it's infuriating.

Last I heard Dest had sat down with Xavi and reiterated his desire to be part of the team and has decided to work hard to earn his place in the team. Question is if he will be able to defend like Xavi wants him to.

His defending was really good for us in the World Cup and Nations League, while still being lethal on the dribble.

You can make the argument that in those last two tournaments, he's been our 2nd or 3rd best player.

Horvath needs a destination also.

I went back and reviewed my list.
Johnny Cardosa is supposed to be moving somewhere in Europe at the end of the month.
Taylor Booth had a bunch of rumors about moving.

Surely Luton will make a move to keep Horvath, right?

Apparently Luton have decided not to purchase Horvath, which I find weird. Was there not an option to buy with his loan?

Hoppe should have stayed with Schalke, even with them going down to B2. What a mistake that was, leaving.

Reynolds probably ends up in Belgium or the Netherlands on a permanent deal.

Cardoso probably goes to Portugal.

Hopefully Tessmann can find a Serie A team.

What type of friendly was it though?

Was it mainly first teamers?

I looked up an article on the match. They were playing Hartlepool. Six senior players among the starts. At least he is getting a chance to show if he has something.
