1. Charleston
2. New Orleans
3. Chicago
4. Boston
5. New York
I hated Philly.
San Fran was okay, but I have no desire to return...ever. Ditto Seattle and San Antonio.
LA, Houston, Charlotte, Dallas, and Atlanta did absolutely nothing for me...and I have been countless times. They aren’t bad places to visit, but all of them are meh as destination cities.
A city that I surprisingly enjoyed was Savanna.
Ditto Portland, Maine.
On my list to see pre-Covid was DC. Now...not so much. Santa Fe still may happen though.
Just my .02.

San Diego, excluding New Orleans since it's home.
Great weather, food, beaches, and close to the mountains. Booked many long layovers there just to spend more time there.
Itching to go to Chicago again once everything opens back up. Went during the shutdown and can see how cool it can be.

Savannah, GA - good food...great history
Atlanta, GA - better food...minimal history, but cool neighborhoods
New Orleans, LA - great food and great history.
Been to NY, LA, SD, SF, DC, CH, Pitt...just don't see the charm...

Truth that run you mapped out for me was awesome on Charles River.

It’s wasn’t a map per se, more a suggestion of where to go from where his hotel was.
