Hawaii resorts any island

My normal vacations are normally hiking and camping so resorts are new to me. But I broke my foot hiking in Colorado so looking for a place to chill for a week in Hawaii next month.
I have enough southwest points for two round trip airfare and just want a place we can uber or taxi to from the airport and stay for 4 or 5 days. Decent restaurants, a pool and beach front. If there are things close we can uber to that would be good but not really needed.
I've seen some from 200 to 800 a night. Don't mind spending a little more if it looks worth it.

That is a great one. I also love the Mauna Kea on the Big Island. If you are a baller any of the Four Seasons are solid.

Honestly, right now, I'd go to Maui. Obviously, the area around Lahaina is devastated, but the rest of the island is just as beautiful, and the people of Maui are really desperate for tourists to return, as the area's recovery from the fire is challenged with so many people in the tourism business who don't have work right now.

But I agree with the poster above that Maui could really use the tourism $ right now, and it's such a beautiful island. Check out the resorts in the Wailea area.
