Official 2021 Appalachian Trail thru hike thread (unsuccessful)

I start on Saturday the 27th and will upload pics and brief updates here. I finished setting up my YT channel and will be posting video updates there.

Headed to Springer, got 15 min down the road and left my trekking poles at the hotel and had to go back to get them.
